Our continued success prompted further expansion plans and in the
early 90’s the production floor area was increased and an extensive
office complex was added to the Ebley factory. Additional staff
were recruited in both production and administrative areas to cope with
the increasing workload.
Whilst being extremely customer orientated Precision 82
also places great store in retaining it’s experienced staff and the
majority of the workforce has been “in house” trained and have worked
for the company almost since its formation. Each employee takes a lead
from the management team and treats every customer’s work with the
utmost importance and attention to detail.
